1. About Noir

Noir is a service operated by Dice Matrix Consulting Ltd, trading as Noir (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By pre-registering your interest, you acknowledge that Noir is a new dating platform currently in development. Pre-registration allows us to contact you with updates and early-access information.

2. Purpose of Pre-Registration

By completing the pre-registration form, you understand that you are:

• Expressing interest in the upcoming Noir dating platform
• Not creating an account, profile, or membership
• Not entering into a contract or subscription
• Not guaranteed early access or acceptance into any beta-testing phase

The sole purpose of pre-registration is to allow Noir to email you information about the platform launch, features, and related updates.

3. Optional Communications From Noirators (Selected Third Parties)

When pre-registering, you may choose to opt in to receive communications from Noirators.

“Noirators” refers to a limited group of approved, trusted third parties, such as:

• Curated event partners
• Ambassadors
• Lifestyle or community collaborators
• Hosts connected to Noir-branded experiences

If you consent to this, you may receive:

• invitations to Noir-related events
• exclusive content or opportunities curated by Noirators
• platform-related promotions or updates

You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Noir Update Newsletter

If you opt in to the Noir Update Newsletter, you agree to receive:

• development news about the dating platform
• launch announcements
• feature previews
• brand updates
• exclusive offers or early-access opportunities

Every email will contain an unsubscribe link, allowing you to opt out at any time.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter will not remove your pre-registration unless you separately request data deletion.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued engagement with Noir communications following updates indicates acceptance.
